02. Construction Milestones

03. Subcontractor Appointment
The project continues to participate in and gain benefit from the supply chain model set up by SERP (Social Economic Regeneration Program). A very compliant and qualified local construction industry is prequalifying for involvement in the project.
04. Two Month Look Ahead (01 Feb – 31 March 2012)
· All internal fit out and finishes completed
· All mechanical and electrical services substantially complete.
· Validation and snagging of internal works substantially complete.
· Landscaping and external works completed. |
