3. Subcontractor Appointment

The project continues to participate in and gain benefit from the supply chain model set up by SERP (Social Economic Regeneration Program). A very compliant and qualified local construction industry is prequalifying for involvement in the project.

4. Two month look ahead (01 August - 30 September 2011)

·         Energy centre to be operable.

·         All plant rooms eneregised and pre commissioned.

·         Heat will operable throughout all buildings.

·         The first ward block will be complete internally.

·         All external car parking areas will be complete.

·         Landscaping works will commence.
