2. Construction Milestones

3. Subcontractor Appointment
The project continues to participate in and gain benefit from the supply chain model set up by SERP (Social Economic Regeneration Program). A very compliant and qualified local construction industry is prequalifying for involvement in the project.
4. Two Month Look Ahead (01 Dec – 31 Jan 2012)
· All construction significantly complete.
· Lights on to all buildings.
· Heat on to all buildings.
· Validation of completed areas well advanced.
· Specialist areas of operating theatres, sterile suites etc. well progressed.
· Commissioning of Mechanical / Electrical services well progressed.
· Biomass boilers operable and producing steam. |
